The attractive young narrator says "Wii Fit" focuses on four areas of fitness: aerobics, yoga, muscle training, and balance. All worthwhile targets for the game. Take a look for yourself. It looks like very useful, practical, and FUN stuff to get your body moving and improve your fitness level!
